DTS Delivers Premium Audio Solution to Yulong Coolpad™ 7728 Smartphone

High-End Chinese Smartphone Company and DTS to Create Unparalleled Mobile Experience

(Nasdaq:DTSI), a leader in high-definition audio, today announced a collaboration with Yulong, a supplier of high-end smartphones in China, to integrate DTS Envelo™ into its Coolpad™ 7728 smartphone for wireless operator China Unicom. DTS Envelo elevates the device's audio capabilities, delivering sound with increased depth and dimensionality to better serve China Unicom's mobile subscribers.

DTS Envelo enhances the audio platform with pristine vocals, and more defined musical instruments that envelop the consumer in a rich, immersive sound scape. The technology works with the Coolpad's Android 4.0 operating system, high-speed dual core 1.0 GHz, 4.0-inch IPS display screen and dual standby to widen the sound delivery with crisp, brilliant high frequencies coupled with dramatic and high-impact low frequencies.
